About me

I am Krisztina Kornis, a chartered physical therapist, offering Hungarian and English language guided physical therapy sessions in District 1, Budapest.

As a physical therapist and as an equestrian as well I am committed to a precise, prudent, personalized work style. I consider it essential to continuously maintain State of the Art procedures, so my patients will get the most efficient therapy available. Personalized and flexible. The progress will be spectacular, Next level achievements will show the difference.

Every new patient will start with a comprehensive full body checkup, that includes taking a detailed patient history, examination of strength, joint range of motion, balance, coordination, posture, walking and other functional capacities. After assessment of patient's condition, I will prescribe personalized, adequate physical therapy sessions and set short, medium and long-term targets as well.

Besides of attending trainings and professional conferences, I also monitor the latest international researches in order to providing up-to-date lectures to my students at Semmelweis University medical school, where I graduated in 2015.

As a dressage rider, based on the published scientific researches, my own riding background and work experience, I have evolved special exercise and physical therapy based multi-level program for equestrian athletes to prevent typical injuries, avoid the very common low back pain, correct posture inaccuracy and to improve balance, coordination, sitting position and riding technique.
