The only equipment you need is a dice to find out which exercises will be in your daily workout 🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏻‍♀️ .

Each row is a day☀️🌈

Throw the dice and write down the number you have✍🏻. You need to get 5 different numbers. Number 1 is the first column, number 2 is the second and so on..
Then you have 5 exercises that build up a workout for you 🥳😎

At the fifth day complete the left out exercises from each row😜
