Each row is a day☀️🌈
Throw the dice and write down the number you have✍🏻. You need to get 5 different numbers. Number 1 is the first column, number 2 is the second and so on..
Then you have 5 exercises that build up a workout for you 🥳😎
At the fifth day complete the left out exercises from each row😜
Don' t forget to warm up before you start and stretch after you are done ❗️
